Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring lids are tightened and fragile components are protected for transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
